Applications and Challenges of Intelligent Mineral Processing
In order to improve the intelligent level of mine production and promote the deep integra-tion of automation technology and mineral processing technology,aiming at the multiple challenges of im-proving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption and optimizing process control in mineral pro-cessing production,the mainstream implementation schemes of current automation technology in ore crush-ing,grinding,flotation,dehydration and tailings treatment are introduced in detail.Then,the PID control algorithm,fuzzy control algorithm,neural network control algorithm,expert control algorithm and optimiza-tion control algorithm for intelligent mineral processing are introduced.It is pointed out that artificial intelli-gence,5G technology,big data and cloud computing,and Internet of things technology will be the main de-velopment directions of automation technology in intelligent mineral processing in the future,and develop-ment suggestions are put forward for the challenges and opportunities faced by automation technology in in-telligent mineral processing.
