基于数字孪生的关宝山选厂磨磁车间信息物理系统建立实践

近年来,智能化已经成为了时代潮流,为适应矿业发展的"新常态",中国各矿山企业均大力追求产业升级以满足自身高质量发展的目标.目前,中国在选矿磨磁设备的状态监测与运行维护方面仍然处于初级阶段,为了提高选矿磨磁设备的工作效率及其可靠性,针对预测性维护无法及时实施等关键科学问题,采用数字孪生技术建立了关宝山选厂磨磁车间的信息物理系统,对数字空间与物理空间的数据映射关系进行了相应的研究,基于选矿磨磁设备的运作机制建立了选矿磨磁设备在数字空间下的运转模型,实现了现场的无人巡检与自动检测.为同类选厂自动化升级改造提供参考.
Digital Twin Based Practice of Establishing Information Physical System in Grinding and Magnetizing Workshop of Guanbaoshan Iron Mine
In recent years,intelligence has become the trend of the times,in order to adapt to the"new normal"of mining development,China's mining enterprises are vigorously pursuing industrial up-grading to meet their own high-quality development goals.At present,our country is still in the primary stage of condition monitoring and operation and maintenance of ore dressing grinding and magnetic equip-ment,in order to improve the efficiency and reliability of ore dressing and magnetic equipment,for predic-tive maintenance can not be implemented in a timely manner and other key scientific issues,the use of digital twin technology to establish the Guanbaoshan plant grinding and magnetic workshop of the informa-tion physics system,the data mapping relationship between the digital space and the physical space is sdudied accordingly.Based on the operation mechanism of the ore dressing and grinding magnetic equip-ment,the operation model of the ore dressing and grinding magnetic equipment in digital space was estab-lished,and the unmanned inspection and automatic inspection at the site were realized for the reference of related researches.
