Experimental Study on Tungsten Recovery from a Low-grade Tungsten-molybdenum Mine in Sandaozhuang,Luanchuan County
A low-grade tungsten-molybdenum ore in Sandaozhuang,Luanchuan,Henan contains about 0.1%WO3.Tungsten mainly exists in the form of scheelite.Due to the fine grain size of tungsten, the variety and complex properties of gangue minerals,it is difficult to recover tungsten. The tungsten recovery test was carried out for the low-grade ore.The polysaccharide organic inhibitor LM was used to replace the sodium silicatein the tungsten roughing separation, and the collector ZF with relatively good collecting and selectivity was used. The low modulus sodium silicate was used in the tungsten cleaning, which reduced the consumption of the inhibitor. Finally, the tungsten concentrate with WO3 grade of 31.22%and recovery rate of 82.84%was obtained from the feed ore with WO3 grade of 0.097%,which realized the efficient flotation recovery of the low-grade tungsten resource.
