梅山铁矿入磨矿选矿优化试验研究

梅山铁矿为降低生产运行成本并进一步增大矿石处理量,对入磨矿开展了选矿流程优化试验研究.分别进行了入磨矿(磨矿细度-0.075 mm占65%)—浮硫—硫尾弱磁—强磁流程(方案1)和入磨矿粗磨(磨矿细度-0.075 mm占50%)—重磁拉丢尾—重磁拉精矿再磨(磨矿细度-0.075 mm占65%)—浮硫—硫尾弱磁—强磁选(方案2)2种流程方案对比.试验结果表明:采用方案2试验,获得了产率49.88%、TFe品位58.29%、含硫0.20%、TFe回收率77.89%的铁精矿,以及产率1.81%、硫品位38.11%、TFe品位45.44%、硫回收率49.62%的硫精矿.经济技术指标良好,可以为实际生产提供依据.
Experimental Study on Optimization of Grinding and Mineral Processing of Meishan Iron Mine
In order to reduce the production operation cost and further increase the ore processing ca-pacity,the beneficiation optimization test was carried out on the grinding of Meishan Iron Mine.The two pro-cess schemes of grinding(grinding fineness-0.075 mm accounted for 65%)-floating sulfur-sulfur tail low intensity magnetic-high intensity magnetic process(scheme 1)and grinding coarse grinding(grinding fine-ness-0.075 mm accounted for 50%)-gravity magnetic pulling tailings-gravity magnetic pulling concentrate regrinding(grinding fineness-0.075 mm accounted for 65%)-floating sulfur-sulfur tail low intensity mag-netic-high intensity magnetic separation(scheme 2)were compared respectively.The experimental results show that by the process of scheme 2,the iron concentrate with yield of 49.88%,TFe grade of 58.29%,sul-fur content of 0.20%and TFe recovery of 77.89%,and the sulfur concentrate with yield of 1.81%,sulfur grade of 38.11%,TFe grade of 45.44%and sulfur recovery of 49.62%are obtained.The economic and tech-nical indicators are good,which can provide a basis for actual production.
