高瓦斯煤层工作面综合瓦斯治理技术应用

某矿为了优化工作面布置方式,提高回采率,缓解采掘接续紧张等问题,工作面布置方式由U+L型变为简单的单U型.根据煤层赋存情况及瓦斯涌出量特征,在合理的通风系统及充足的配风基础上,采取了综合瓦斯治理措施,掘进采取边掘边抽+释放钻孔,回采采取单侧顺层定向本煤层钻孔+顶板倾向定向钻孔+上隅角埋管瓦斯抽采等技术措施.通过以上瓦斯治理技术,有效解决了高瓦斯煤层单U型通风工作面采掘过程中的瓦斯问题,经济和社会效益显著.
Application of Comprehensive Gas Control Technology for Working Face of High-gas Coal Seam
In order to optimize the layout of working face,improve the recovery rate and alleviate the tension of mining and excavation,the layout of working face changed from U+L type to simple single U type.According to the occurrence of coal seam and the characteristics of gas emission,on the basis of rea-sonable ventilation system and sufficient air distribution,comprehensive gas control measures are also ad-opted.The excavation adopts the technical measures of excavation and drainage+release drilling,and the mining adopts the technical measures of unilateral bedding directional coal seam drilling+roof tendency di-rectional drilling+upper corner buried pipe gas extraction.Through above gas control technology,the gas problem in the mining process of single U ventilation working face in high gas coal seam is effectively solved,and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
