摘要
电解锰渣堆存量大、环境风险高且利用率低,为了实现电解锰渣的减量化、无害化和资源化,针对电解锰渣工艺技术处理效率低、资源化利用难以工业化的问题,对电解锰渣的分选、填埋、化学处理和固化处理技术研究现状进行了归纳总结,并对电解锰渣的资源化利用研究现状进行综述,包括有价锰金属回收、制备建筑材料、制备吸附材料、制作化肥和其他功能化材料等途径.其中,利用电解锰渣提取锰元素及氨氮和制备吸附材料、微晶玻璃等功能化材料是电解锰渣制备高附加值产品未来的研究方向,为实现锰渣资源化再利用提供了新的视野.
Abstract
Electrolytic manganese residue has a huge accumulation,low utilization rate and high envi-ronmental risk.To realize the reduction,harmlessness and resourcefulness of electrolytic manganese resi-due,the current status of research on the sorting,landfill,chemical treatment and solidification treatment technology of electrolytic manganese residue is summarized for the problems of low treatment efficiency of electrolytic manganese residue process technology and the difficulty of industrialization of resourceful utiliza-tion.In addition,an overview of the current status of research on the resource utilization of electrolytic man-ganese residue,including the ways of valuable manganese metal recovery,construction materials,adsor-bent materials,chemical fertilizers and other functionalized materials.Among them,the use of electrolytic manganese residue to recover manganese and ammonia nitrogen and the preparation of adsorbent materials,microcrystalline glass and other functionalized materials are the future research directions for high value-added products of electrolytic manganese residue,which provide new ideas for realizing the reuse of manga-nese slag resources.
