金沙磷矿反浮选尾砂胶结充填试验研究

Experimental Study on Cemented Backfill of Tailings from Reverse Flotation of Jinsha Phosphate Mine

云南金沙矿业磷矿为了延长尾矿库服务年限和治理采空区,亟需开展磷矿充填试验研究,为充填系统工艺设计提供基础数据.通过对矿山充填材料的现场取样测试,分析了磷矿尾砂的物化性质参数.根据充填料浆流动性能、泌水率及充填配比试验,综合确定了充填浓度、灰砂比等影响因素对充填体力学性能的影响规律.基于扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)微观测试手段,分析了充填体强度增长机制,水泥水化生成纤维状C—S—H凝胶与细尾砂颗粒搭接形成整体,并填充试件内部孔隙,是充填体强度增长的主要原因.研究成果可为确定国内类似磷矿矿山尾砂胶结充填提供参考.
In order to extend the service life of the tailings pond and treating the goaf,it is urgently necessary to carry out experimental research on phosphate filling in Jinsha phosphate mine,providing basic data for the process design of the backfill system.By sampling of filling materials,the physical and chemical properties parameters of phosphate tailings were tested and analyzed.Based on the flow performance,bleed-ing rate,and filling ratio test of the filling slurry,the influence of factors such as filling concentration and sand-ratio on the mechanical properties of the backfill was comprehensively determined.Furthermore,the strength growth mechanism of the backfill was analyzed by SEM-EDS microscopic test method.The main reason for the strength growth of the backfill was that the cement hydrated to form fibrous C-S-H gel,over-lapped with fine tailings particles to form a whole,and filled the internal pores of the specimen.The re-search results can provide reference for determining the cemented filling parameters of tailings in similar phosphate mines in China.
