Analysis of Hydrogeological Conditions and Prediction of Water Inflow in Hujiamiaozi Iron Mine,Liaoning Province
Hujiamiaozi Iron Mine has a long history of mining, three open-pit mining pits are formed. With the increasing depth of mining pit,the mining boundary of the bottom of the pit can not meet the pro-duction demand of the mine,so it is necessary to merge the open pit to expand the mining range.Under the current conditions, the degree of hydrogeological exploration in the mining area is difficult to meet the re-quirements of mine construction and mining design. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the mine and the overall scientific development of the deposit,it is necessary to further identify the hydrogeolog-ical conditions of the deposit.By means of hydrogeological survey, hydrogeological drilling and pumping test, the distribution of various rock layers in the mining area and the basic characteristics of water-filled aquifers as well as the conditions of groundwater rewatering and drainage were ascertained in detail. The wa-ter-filling factors of the deposit were fully analyzed, and the water inflow of the mine was predicted. The ex-ploration type of the mining area was comprehensively determined as the second type of deposit dominated by water-filled fissure aquifers. The hydrogeological conditions are moderately complex.
