Safety Risk Analysis and Comprehensive Mining Utilization of a Mine Dump
The downstream of the waste dump is the residents'living area,which has certain safety risks,so it is necessary to carry out effective safety control and disaster prevention and control of the waste dump.Taking a dump in southwest mountainous area as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons of safe-ty risk in the dump,and puts forward the plan of waste rock recovery and utilization.The cumulative net present value,internal rate of return and economic indicators of dynamic payback period after comprehen-sive mining and utilization of the dump are analyzed,and the cumulative net present value is 92.1458 mil-lion yuan,the internal rate of return is 24.2%,and the dynamic payback period is 5.47 a.This scheme not only eliminates the safety risks of the waste dump,but also creates significant economic benefits.
