Trial Configuration Test of Multifunctional Sandstone-like High Strength Pervious Concrete for Mine
In order to explore the variation law of the strength of cemented sandstone-like materials with different ratios of raw materials such as cement, sandstone debris and quartz sand,a small amount of additives are used to prepare a mine multifunctional concrete with a certain water permeability. The raw mate-rials are prepared into standard cylinder samples with different proportions by orthogonal design method, and the axial compression mechanical test is carried out by means of YAW-150 B automatic hydraulic test-ing machine. The test results show that the three factors of water cement ratio, sandstone waste residue to ce-ment ratio and water-solid ratio will affect the strength of the specimen. When the slag-cement ratio and wa-ter-solid ratio are constant, the compressive strength of the specimen increases first and then decreases when the water-cement ratio increases from 0.39 to 0.51.When the water-cement ratio is 0.42,the strength of the specimen reaches the maximum. As the water-cement ratio continues to increase, the strength of the rock-like specimen gradually decreases. The slag-cement ratio is negatively correlated with the strength of the rock-like material. When the water-solid ratio increases from 0.3 to 1.5,the strength of the specimen in-creases slowly. When the water-solid ratio is 0.9,the strength of the specimen reaches the maximum, and then the strength of the specimen decreases rapidly with the increase of the water-solid ratio. At the same time,it is concluded that the permeability of the developed mine sandstone-like concrete is negatively corre-lated with its thickness, which can provide a theoretical reference for the determination of the thickness of the closed wall in the filling mining.
