南芬选矿厂综合尾矿工艺矿物学研究

南芬选矿厂为实现综合尾矿的回收利用及为合理选择选矿工艺及参数提供参考,以综合尾矿为研究对象,采用MLA矿物自动分析系统进行了尾矿矿物学特性研究.研究结果表明:综合尾矿全铁品位为9.64%,铁主要以赤、褐铁矿的形式存在,分布率为63.49%;其次以磁铁矿的形式存在,分布率为12.20%;主要脉石矿物为石英、镁铁闪石、绿泥石和透闪石,其他矿物含量少.磁、赤铁矿的嵌布粒度-75 μm含量占85.71%,单体解离度为63.88%;其中,单体的磁、赤铁矿包裹少量石英,被包裹的磁、赤铁矿则主要被石英等矿物包裹,富连生体中含有较多的石英和少量的菱铁矿.
Study on Process Mineralogy of Comprehensive Tailings in Nanfen Concentrator
In order to realize the recovery and utilization of comprehensive tailings and provide refer-ence for reasonable selection of beneficiation process and parameters,the comprehensive tailings are taken as the research object,and the mineralogical characteristics of tailings are studied by MLA mineral automat-ic analysis system.The results show that the total iron grade of the comprehensive tailings is 9.64%,and the iron mainly exists in the form of hematite and limonite,with a distribution rate of 63.49%.Secondly,iron ex-ists in the form of magnetite with a distribution rate of 12.20%.The main gangue minerals are quartz,magne-sium iron amphibole,chlorite and tremolite,and the content of other minerals is low.The content of -75 μm of magnetite and hematite accounted for 85.71%,and the degree of monomer dissociation was 63.88%.Among them,a small amount of quartz is wrapped by the magnetic and hematite of the monomer,and the wrapped magnetic and hematite are mainly wrapped by minerals such as quartz.The rich coenobium con-tains more quartz and a small amount of siderite.
