Experimental Study on Process Optimization of a Fine-grained Lead-zinc Mine in Gansu
The lead grade of a lead-zinc mine in Gansu is 0.74%,and the zinc grade is 3.72%.In or-der to realize the efficient recovery and utilization of the mineral resources,in view of the close distribution of lead-zinc minerals and the fine particle size, the mutual content of lead-zinc concentrate is high, which affects the flotation index, based on the study of the properties of the raw ore, four different schemes of pro-cess flow comparison tests were carried out.The results show that the lead concentrate with lead grade of 58.42% and lead recovery of 79.95% and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 56.27% and zinc recovery of 93.05% can be obtained by adopting the process of lead-zinc preferential flotation-lead and zinc rough con-centrate regrinding.Compared with scheme 2,the zinc grade of zinc concentrate is increased by 3.03 per-centage points, and the zinc recovery rate is increased by 2.75 percentage points.Compared with the on-site production process of Scheme 1,the main grades of lead and zinc are improved, the mutual content of lead and zinc is significantly reduced, and the zinc recovery rate is increased by 4.15 percentage points.
