新疆某难选碳酸盐型萤石矿选矿试验

新疆某难选碳酸盐型萤石矿中方解石含量高达53.46%,萤石含量为34.31%,萤石与方解石和石英等脉石矿物紧密交生,嵌布关系复杂,难以分离萤石和方解石.为了高效利用该难选碳酸盐型萤石矿,通过试验确定采用酸化水玻璃、栲胶LAB、聚环氧琥珀酸PESA和硫酸铝为抑制剂,耐低温型乳化油酸类药剂YS-3为捕收剂,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm68%的条件下,闭路试验获得了CaF2品位为97.84%、回收率为80.05%的萤石精矿,为碳酸盐型萤石矿的选矿工艺提供了技术参考.
Beneficiation Test of a Refractory Carbonate Fluorite Ore in Xinjiang
The content of calcite in a refractory carbonate-type fluorite ore in Xinjiang is as high as 53.46%,and the content of fluorite is 34.31%.Fluorite is closely intergrowth with gangue minerals such as cal-cite and quartz,and the dissemination relationship is complex.It is difficult to separate fluorite and calcite.In order to efficiently utilize the refractory carbonate fluorite ore,acidified water glass,tannin extract LAB,poly-epoxysuccinic acid PESA and aluminum sulfate are used as inhibitors,and low temperature resistant emulsi-fied oleic acid reagent YS-3 is used as collector.Under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 68%,the fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 97.84% and recovery of 80.05% is obtained by closed-circuit test,which provides a technical reference for the beneficiation process of carbonate fluorite ore.
