摘要
陕西某磁铁矿为将选矿厂原矿处理能力由70万t/a扩产到200万t/a,提高铁精矿产量,进行了高压辊磨及湿式预选试验研究.通过多技术方案对比得出,选矿厂新增高压辊磨及预选工艺,每年可减少入磨矿量86万t,每吨原矿处理电耗可降低11.94%,每年可减排固体废弃物50万t,选矿厂实现了节能减排及降耗增效,企业经济效益和社会效益显著,达到了提高铁精矿产能的目的.
Abstract
In order to expand the processing capacity of raw ore from 700 thousand t/a to 2 million t/a and increase the output of iron concentrate,a high pressure roller mill and wet pre-concentration test were carried out on a magnetite ore in Shaanxi.Through the comparison of multi-technical schemes,it is concluded that the addition of high-pressure roller mill and pre-concentration process in the concentrator can reduce the amount of grinding by 860 thousand tons per year,reduce the power consumption of per ton raw ore by 11.94%,and reduce the emission of solid waste by 500 thousand tons per year.The concentrator has achieved energy saving and emission reduction,consumption reduction and efficiency increase.The economic and so-cial benefits of the enterprise are remarkable,and the purpose of improving the production capacity of iron concentrate is achieved.
