南芬选矿厂磨选系统工艺流程试验

为了给磨选工艺流程选择和设备选型提供数据支撑,南芬选矿厂针对生产运行中存在的磨选工艺流程与现有处理矿石粒度不匹配的问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对新建磨选系统处理的高压辊磨-3 mm湿抛精矿开展了试验室磨选工艺流程试验.试验结果表明:在一段磨矿细度为-74 μm64.70%,二段磨矿细度为-43 μm78.21%的条件下,通过阶段磨矿—弱磁选流程,获得了产率33.63%、TFe含量68.02%、mFe含量66.42%、TFe回收率79.41%、mFe回收率98.23%的弱磁精矿,获得了满意的试验指标.
Process Flow Test of Grinding and Separation System in Nanfen Concentrator
In order to provide data support for the grinding separation process flow and equipment se-lection,aiming at the problem that the grinding and separation process flow does not match the particle size of the existing treated ore in the production operation of Nanfen concentrator,on the basis of process miner-alogy research,the laboratory grinding and separation process flow test is carried out on the high-pressure roller mill -3 mm wet-polishing concentrate treated by the new grinding and separation system.The test re-sults show that under the condition of the first grinding fineness of -74 μm 64.70% and the second grinding fineness of -43 μm 78.21%,the low intensity magnetic concentrate with yield of 33.63%,TFe content of 68.02%,mFe content of 66.42%,TFe recovery of 79.41% and mFe recovery of 98.23% is obtained by stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation process,and satisfactory test indexes are obtained.
