国外某铁矿石浮选尾矿综合利用工艺试验

国外某铁矿浮选尾矿全铁品位为11.70%,SiO2含量为81.27%,主要含铁矿物为赤褐铁矿,分布率为95.38%,其次为磁铁矿,分布率为2.05%.为了高效综合利用该铁矿浮选尾矿,在研究矿石性质的基础上,对其进行了选矿试验研究.试验采用强磁粗选—磨矿—强磁精选—1粗2扫反浮选联合工艺,在强磁粗选和精选磁场强度均为954.93 kA/m,强磁粗选精矿磨矿细度为-0.076 mm90%,反浮选调整剂NaOH用量1000 g/t,抑制剂淀粉用量500 g/t,捕收剂十二胺用量200 g/t的条件下,最终获得了全铁品位64.98%、铁回收率85.33%的合格铁精矿.
The total iron grade of a foreign iron ore flotation tailings is 11.70%,and the SiO2 content is 81.27%.The main iron-bearing mineral is hematite and limonite,with distribution rate of 95.38%,followed by magnetite,with distribution rate of 2.05%.In order to efficiently and comprehensively utilize the flotation tailings of the iron ore,based on the study of ore properties,the beneficiation test is carried out.The com-bined process of high intensity magnetic roughing separation-grinding-high intensity magnetic cleaning sep-aration-1 roughing 2 scavenging reverse flotation is adopted in the test.The qualified iron concentrate with total iron grade of 64.98% and iron recovery of 85.33% is finally obtained under the conditions of high inten-sity magnetic roughing separation and cleaning magnetic field strength of 954.93 kA/m,high intensity mag-netic roughing separation concentrate grinding fineness of -0.076 mm90%,dosage of reverse flotation condi-tioning agent NaOH of 1000 g/t,dosage of inhibitor starch of 500 g/t and dosage of collector dodecylamine of 200 g/t.
