自膨胀填塞体在梅山铁矿上向中深孔爆破中的试验研究

针对上向中深孔爆破缺乏合适的填塞材料,导致炸药能量利用率低、爆破效果差的问题,研发了一种兼具高强度和强膨胀压的自膨胀填塞体.自膨胀填塞体具有在钻孔内膨胀和硬化的特性,理论上能延长爆生气体作用时间,提高爆破能量利用率.试验结果表明,相比于炮泥填塞,自膨胀填塞体填塞炮孔的爆破振动速度更高,大块率和块度峰值降低,表明其作用于岩体的炸药能量更高.此外,自膨胀填塞体能有效抑制孔口爆破能量集中对眉线的破坏作用,有利于保护眉线.自膨胀填塞体体积小,填塞性能好,具有良好的推广应用前景.
Experimental Study on Self-expanding Filling Body in Upward Medium-length Hole Blasting in Meishan Iron Mine
In view of the lack of suitable filling materials for upward medium-length hole blasting,re-sulting in low utilization rate of explosive energy and poor blasting effect,a self-expanding filling body with high strength and strong expansion pressure was developed.Based on its expansion and hardening character-istics in the borehole,the self-expanding filling body can theoretically prolong the action time of blasting gas and improve the utilization rate of blasting energy.The test results show that compared with the stem-ming,the blasting vibration velocity of the blasting hole filled with the self-expanding filling body is higher,and the bulk rate and the peak value of the block are reduced,indicating that the explosive energy acting on the rock mass is higher.In addition,the self-expanding packing can effectively inhibit the damage of the blasting energy concentration at the orifice to the brow line,which is beneficial to the protection of the brow line.The self-expanding filling body has small volume and good filling performance,and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
