Optimization Analysis of Water Control in Shaft Excavation of a Phosphate Mine
In the process of shaft excavation of a large phosphate mine,Dengying formation dolomite aquifer is encountered, which has complicated hydrogeological conditions, large water inflow and difficul-ties in shaft construction.Pre-grouting of the surface and the working face are adopted, the comprehensive treatment measures of the grouting after the small water point wall at the casting joint of the shaft are taken. The field grouting test is used to optimize the grouting process parameters. The hole spacing and drilling an-gle are adjusted from+616 m working face, and the number of holes is adjusted from 21 to 23.At the same time, the opening angle is adjusted to 4°,the opening distance is 0.74 m after adjustment, the final hole dis-tance is 2.13 m,and the hole drop ring diameter is 14.966 m.The results show that the grouting volume of the first sequence hole is larger, and the water inflow of the second sequence hole is reduced by 82%.The small cracks are blocked, the water gushing of the working face are reduced, the working environment of the working face is improved, and the better water plugging effect is obtained, which provides a reference for similar large water mines.
