Application of Repairing Technology of Underground Ore Storage Bin in Meishan Iron Mine
Underground ore storage bin is the throat of ore transportation.In the case of using bottom-discharge ore cars for unloading,the impact of ore on the foundation of the ore storage bin often leads to damage to the protective lining and foundation surface in the middle area of the ore storage bin.In order to ensure the safety of ore storage bin construction,the construction technology is improved in view of the prob-lems such as the difficulty of removing the scrap lining board and foundation and the short service period af-ter the ore storage bin restoration.The controlled blasting technology is used to remove the waste lining board and foundation,reduce the labor intensity and shorten the construction period.New materials instead of concrete to improve the life of the ore storage bin cycle.Practice has shown that the effect of process im-provement is significant,it can provide reference and guidance for similar restoration construction in other mines.
