山东某磁铁矿石可选性试验研究

摘要
为验证山东某磁铁矿石在中关铁矿选矿工艺流程中选别利用的可行性,在矿石性质研究的基础上,对该铁矿石进行了可磨可选性试验研究.试验结果表明:以中关铁矿石为标准矿石,当磨矿细度为新生-0.074 mm粒级含量占50%时,山东某铁矿石的相对可磨度系数为1.20,较中关铁矿石难磨;当山东某铁矿石的磨矿细度为-0.074 mm82.18%时,经单一弱磁选,可获得产率72.72%、铁品位66.28%、铁回收率97.08%的满意指标,但铁精矿中的硫含量较高,为0.69%,需进一步处理,该试验结果可为在中关铁矿选矿工艺流程中选别利用山东某磁铁矿石提供参考依据.
Abstract
In order to verify the feasibility of separation and utilization of a magnetite ore in Shandong Province in the beneficiation process of Zhongguan Iron Mine,based on the study of ore properties,the grindability and washability test of the iron ore was carried out.The test results show that taking Zhongguan iron ore as standard ore,the relative grindability coefficient of an iron ore in Shandong is 1.20 when the grinding fineness is 50% of the new-0.074 mm fraction,which is more difficult to grind than that of Zhong-guan iron ore.When the grinding fineness of an iron ore in Shandong is -0.074 mm 82.18%,the satisfactory indexes of yield 72.72%,iron grade 66.28% and iron recovery 97.08% can be obtained by single low intensi-ty magnetic separation.However,the sulfur content in the iron concentrate is high,which is 0.69% and needs further treatment.The test results can provide a reference for the selection and utilization of a magne-tite ore in Shandong in the beneficiation process of Zhongguan Iron Mine.
