摘要
针对尾矿库安全风险突出问题,通过引入清单制管理理念,并融入"北斗+"监测后台数据,设计了基于清单制的尾矿库信息化系统.系统设计围绕清单制管理信息化展开,通过现场调研与需求分析,梳理出符合企业实际的安全生产管理责任清单,并建立完整的清单管理体系.该系统在试点企业成功应用,实现了关键岗位人员职责明确、风险点及时反馈处理与闭环管理.系统能够主动推送工作任务至具体责任人,实现扫码巡查、履职与获取动态监测数据等功能,有效提高了工作效率,减少了工作人员的工作量,进一步提升了尾矿库的安全管理水平.
Abstract
Aiming at the prominent problem of tailings reservoir safety risk,a tailings reservoir infor-mation system based on list system is designed by introducing the concept of list system management and in-tegrating the 'Beidou+' monitoring background data.The system design revolves around the list manage-ment informationization.Through on-site investigation and demand analysis,the list of safety production management responsibilities in line with the actual situation of the enterprise is sorted out,and a complete list management system is established.The system has been successfully applied in pilot enterprises,and has realized clear responsibilities of key personnel,timely feedback processing of risk points and closed-loop management.The system can actively push the work tasks to the specific responsible person,realize the functions of scanning code inspection,performing duties and obtaining dynamic monitoring data,effec-tively improve the work efficiency,reduce the workload of the staff,and further improve the safety manage-ment level of the tailings reservoir.
