Optimization of Raw Ore Washing and Desliming Process in Feeding System of Zhongguan Iron Mine
In order to eliminate the influence of ultra-fine grained mud in the raw ore on the feeding system,in view of the problems such as large amount of fine grained materials,high mud content,high vis-cosity and high moisture in the raw ore,the belt corridor of the feeding system is sanitary and the grinding bin is easy to be blocked,etc.,the process of bulk dry separation of the raw ore,wet screening,fine grained pre-desliming,pre-selected concentrate dewatering and so on is adopted to remove 8%of the ultra-fine grained mud in the raw ore.In order to avoid the loss of iron resources and have a negative impact on subse-quent grinding operations,experiments are also carried out to determine the position of large dry separation baffle,the size of double-layer screen,the field strength of pre-selected magnetic separator and the size of dewatering screen screen.This process optimization has achieved good results and is worth popularizing in similar mines.
