TBM施工技术在金属矿山长距离运输巷掘进的应用

金属矿山长距离运输巷采用钻爆法施工时出渣运输困难、安全管理难度大、施工进度慢,采用TBM施工能有效克服以上不利因素.以某金属矿山长距离运输巷施工为例,结合项目自身特点,确定TBM设备从辅助斜坡道运输至施工中段进行地下组装,然后开始中段运输巷道施工;TBM施工完成一个中段巷道后,再向上施工措施巷道至上部中段,施工完成后拆机经斜坡道运出至地表.采用TBM施工后巷道断面为规整的圆形,围岩未受到爆破震动影响,工作面安全状况较好.TBM施工每月进尺450~500 m,施工进度大幅度提高;同时,采用铺轨电瓶车牵引梭车出渣,不使用铲车、无轨出渣车等燃油设备,工作面环境得到极大的改善.
Application of TBM Construction Technology in Excavation of Long-distance Transportation Roadway in Metal Mines
When the drilling and blasting method is used to construct the long-distance transportation roadway in the metal mine,the slag transportation is difficult,the safety management is difficult,and the construction progress is slow.The TBM construction can effectively overcome the above unfavorable factors.Taking the construction of long-distance transportation roadway in a metal mine as an example,combined with the characteristics of the project,it is determined that the TBM equipment is transported from the auxil-iary ramp to the middle section of the construction for underground assembly,and then the construction of the middle section transportation roadway is started.After the TBM construction is completed,a middle road-way is constructed,and then the upper middle roadway is constructed.After the construction is completed,the machine is removed and transported to the surface through the ramp.After TBM construction,the road-way section is a regular circle,the surrounding rock is not affected by blasting vibration,and the safety con-dition of the working face is good.The monthly footage of TBM construction is 450~500 m,and the construc-tion progress is greatly improved.At the same time,the working face environment has been greatly improved by using the rail-laying battery car to pull the shuttle car out of the slag without using the fuel equipment such as the forklift and the trackless slag car.
