特厚煤层综放面硫化氢运移特征研究

针对现阶段采用单一方法研究特厚煤层综放面硫化氢浓度运移规律,无法有效指导现场开展硫化氢治理工作,在山西吕梁庞庞塔煤矿开展试验研究.沿着工作面垂直方向、水平方向和风流方向布置现场测点,通过CD4型多参数测定器测定工作面硫化氢浓度;借助Fluent数值模拟软件建立几何模型,分析该工作面硫化氢运移规律.现场实测结果和模拟结果表明:沿着巷道垂直方向,硫化氢浓度伴随与巷道底板高度的增大先升高后下降;沿着工作面水平方向,硫化氢浓度伴随与煤壁距离增大而逐步下降;沿着工作面风流方向,硫化氢浓度随逐渐远离采煤机而逐步下降.
Study on Hydrogen Sulfide Migration Characteristics in Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Extra-thick Coal Seam
In view of the fact that the single method is used to study the migration law of hydrogen sul-fide concentration in fully mechanized caving face of extra-thick coal seam at the present stage,which can not effectively guide the on-site treatment of hydrogen sulfide,the experimental research is carried out in Pangpangta Coal Mine,Lyuliang,Shanxi Province.The field measuring points are arranged along the verti-cal,horizontal and airflow directions of the working face,and the hydrogen sulfide concentration of the working face is measured by CD4 multi-parameter tester.The geometric model was established by Fluent nu-merical simulation software to analyze the migration law of hydrogen sulfide in the working face.The field measurement results and simulation results show that the hydrogen sulfide concentration along the vertical direction of the roadway increases first and then decreases with the increase of the height of the roadway floor.Along the horizontal direction of the working face,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide gradually de-creases with the increase of the distance from the coal wall.Along the airflow direction of the working face,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide gradually decreases as it gradually moves away from the shearer.
