基于物元分析的地下矿山安全避险六大系统可靠性评价

为了准确评价地下矿山安全避险六大系统的可靠性,运用博弈论组合权重以及矿山物元分析理论建立了地下矿山安全避险六大系统可靠性评价模型.首先,根据矿山安全避险六大系统的构成要素,构建了6个准则层、30项评价指标的可靠性评价指标体系;随后,通过建立矿山可靠性物元,计算各项指标与矿山安全避险六大系统可靠性等级的相关度;同时,基于博弈论思想对熵值法和层次分析法所确定的主客观权重进行了改进;最后,结合矿山实际情况计算各个待评指标与矿山可靠性等级的综合相关度,进而确定矿山安全避险六大系统的可靠性等级.经过计算,某磷矿地下开采的安全避险六大系统可靠性等级为Ⅲ级,属于一般可靠,与基于模糊综合评价法的评价结果相近.研究成果为类似矿山安全可靠性评价提供了新的思路.
Reliability Evaluation of Six Major Systems of Underground Mine Safety Hedging Based on Matter-element Analysis
In order to accurately evaluate the reliability of the six major systems of underground mine safety hedging,the reliability evaluation model of the six major systems of underground mine safety hedging is established by using the combination weight of game theory and the theory of mine matter-element analy-sis.Firstly,according to the elements of the six major systems of underground mine safety hedging,the reli-ability evaluation index system of 30 evaluation indexes in 6 criterion layers is constructed.Then,by estab-lishing the mine reliability matter-element,the correlation between each index and the reliability grade of the six major systems of underground mine safety hedging is calculated.At the same time,based on the game theory,the subjective and objective weights determined by the entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process are improved.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the mine,the comprehensive correlation between each index to be evaluated and the reliability level of the mine is calculated,and then the reliability level of the six major systems of underground mine safety hedging is determined.After calculation,the reli-ability level of the six major systems of underground mine safety hedging of a phosphate mine is Grade III,which is generally reliable and similar to the evaluation results based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The research results provide a new idea for safety and reliability evaluation of similar mines.
