某大水矿山近矿体帷幕注浆联合防治水方案研究

防治水是维持矿山安全生产及可持续发展的重要环节.某铁矿为岩溶大水矿山,预计矿体开采后涌水量可达19 164.36 m3/d,给采矿作业带来安全隐患.基于矿山水文地质特征及井下实际开采条件,采用超前探水、近矿体帷幕注浆及防渗帷幕加强隔水矿柱等方法,最终在上部中段矿体形成完全闭合隔水体,在下部中段矿体形成不完全闭合的防渗隔水层.提出的"堵避结合,预测先行"联合防治水方案能够有效保障矿体安全开采,可供类似大水矿山参考借鉴.
Study on Joint Water Prevention and Control Scheme of Curtain Grouting Near Ore Body in a Water-rich Mine
Water prevention and control is an important part of maintaining safe production and sus-tainable development of mines.An iron mine is a karst water mine.It is expected that the water inflow after mining can reach 19 164.36 m3/d,which brings potential safety hazards to mining operations.A karst water-rich iron mine is expected to have a water inflow of 19 164.36 m3/d after mining,which brings safety hazards to mining operations.Based on the hydrogeological characteristics of the mine and the actual underground mining conditions,the methods of advanced water exploration,curtain grouting near the ore body and anti-seepage curtain to strengthen the water-proof pillar are adopted.Finally,a completely closed water-proof body is formed in the upper middle ore body,and an incompletely closed anti-seepage and water-proof lay-er is formed in the lower middle ore body.The proposed' lugging and avoidance combination,prediction first'joint water prevention and control scheme can effectively ensure the safe mining of ore bodies,which can be used as a reference for similar large water mines.
