华阳一矿综掘工作面分级除尘系统设计及应用

摘要
针对华阳一矿综掘工作面粉尘量过大的问题,通过理论分析、工业试验等方法,进行区域分级除尘技术研究.对具体的分级除尘系统进行设计,提出采用射流喷雾控制截割部产尘量,通过实验确定喷雾最佳水压为2.5 MPa,喷嘴的最佳安装角度为10°~15°.针对采煤机司机处粉尘浓度过高的问题,设计由风刀、旋流除尘器组成的司机位隔尘吸尘系统.设计散射型喷雾设备形成水幕,控制掘进工作区域粉尘外溢.将设计的分级控尘系统在华阳一矿151214掘进工作面进行应用,总体降尘效率在96%以上,应用效果良好.研究结果为综掘工作面粉尘综合治理提供了新方向.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of excessive dust amount in fully mechanized excavation face of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine,through theoretical analysis,industrial test and other methods,the regional grad-ing dust removal technology is studied.The specific grading dust removal system is designed,and it is pro-posed to use jet spray to control the dust production of the cutting part.The optimal water pressure of the spray is determined to be 2.5 MPa through experiments,and the optimal installation angle of the nozzle is 10°~15°.Aiming at the problem of high dust concentration at the driver of the shearer,the wind knife and the cyclone dust collector are designed to form the dust isolation and dust collection system of the driver's po-sition.The scattering spray equipment is designed to form a water curtain to control the dust spillover in the tunneling working area.The designed grading dust control system is applied in the 151214 heading face of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine.The overall dust reduction efficiency is more than 96%,and the application effect is good.The research results provide a new direction for the comprehensive control of dust concentration in fully mechanized excavation face.
