山西某煤矿深部软岩巷道围岩控制技术

针对山西某煤矿深部软岩运输大巷围岩变形量大的问题,通过分析不同侧压系数对围岩塑性区范围的影响,得到最大塑性区深度为1.8 m.根据该巷道地质条件和应力场分布情况,提出"锚网索喷+壁后注浆"联合支护方式.采用数值模拟和现场监测可知,采用该支护方案后,最大顶底板及两帮移近量均在150 mm以内,有效控制了巷道围岩变形.
Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Deep Soft Rock Roadway in a Coal Mine in Shanxi
Aiming at the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock in deep soft rock main haul-age roadway of a coal mine in Shanxi Province,by analyzing the influence of different side pressure coeffi-cient on the plastic zone range of surrounding rock,the maximum plastic zone depth is 1.8 m.According to the geological conditions and stress field distribution of the roadway,the combined support method of'an-chor net cable spray+wall grouting' is proposed.Numerical simulation and field monitoring show that the maximum roof-to-floor and two-side convergence are within 150 mm after the support scheme is adopted,which effectively controls the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
