摘要
针对金属矿山信息化程度低,管理控制过分依赖人工操作,数据信息传递手段单一等不足,设计和开发了一套生产信息管理监控系统.该系统采用B/S架构,以MVC设计模式,Vue前端开发框架和SpringBoot技术对前后端进行分布式开发,实现了生产统计、设备管理、生产调度、质量管理以及实时监控等模块功能.通过在河北承德某矿山企业的实际应用,有效提高了企业的现场管理水平,降低了现场人员的工作强度,提高了设备和工艺流程运行的稳定性和可靠性.
Abstract
A production information management and monitoring system has been designed and devel-oped to address the shortcomings of the low level of informatization in the metal mines,excessive reliance on manual operations for management and control,and single means of data information transmission.The sys-tem adopts a B/S architecture,with MVC design pattern,Vue front-end development framework,and Spring Boot technology for distributed development of the front-end and back-end.It realizes module func-tions such as production statistics,equipment management,production scheduling,quality management,and real-time monitoring.Through practical application in a mining enterprise in Chengde,Hebei,the on-site management level of the enterprise can be effectively improved,the work intensity of on-site personnel can be reduced,and the stability and reliability of equipment and process operation can be increased.
