专家系统在袁家村铁矿反浮选工序中的应用

摘要
太钢袁家村铁矿为了进一步提升反浮选工序生产效率及铁精矿产品质量,针对传统浮选流程调节滞后、主观性强等问题,通过浮选药剂智能添加系统、浮选槽泡沫成像系统以及浮选工艺参数远程控制系统等智能化技术的应用以及专家系统工艺控制模型的自主开发,实现了浮选药剂的精准添加、浮选槽泡沫状态的实时监控和工艺参数的智能动态调节,有效降低了工人劳动强度,提升了精矿产品的质量和金属回收率,经济效益显著,为袁家村铁矿的智能化建设提供了有力的技术支撑.
Abstract
In order to further improve the production efficiency of reverse flotation process and the quality of iron concentrate products in Yuanjiacun Iron Mine of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,aiming at the problems of lagging adjustment and strong subjectivity of traditional flotation process,through the appli-cation of intelligent technology such as intelligent addition system of flotation reagent,flotation cell foam im-aging system and remote control system of flotation process parameters,and the independent development of expert system process control model,the precise addition of flotation reagent,real-time monitoring of flota-tion cell foam state and intelligent dynamic adjustment of process parameters are realized,which effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the quality of concentrate products and metal recovery rate,and has significant economic benefits.It provides strong technical support for the intelligent construction of Yuanjiacun Iron Mine.
