为进一步提升煤矿局部通风机管控水平,以模块化设计理念搭建煤矿局部通风机智能化管控系统的整体架构,分别从传感器、数据采集、控制逻辑等多个方面对系统的各个功能模块进行设计.通过实践表明,该系统在煤矿井下的表现符合设计预期,能够实现局部通风机不停机检修、减少人工操作量、自动生成报表和自动分析运行状态并调整等功能.系统促进局部通风机的管控工作效率和准确性大幅度提升,具有一定的实际应用价值.
Research on Intelligent Control System for Local Ventilation Fans in Coal Mines
In order to further improve the management and control level of local ventilator in coal mine,the overall architecture of intelligent management and control system of local ventilator in coal mine is built with modular design concept,and each functional module of the system is designed from many aspects such as sensor,data acquisition and control logic.The practice shows that the performance of the system in the coal mine is in line with the design expectations,and it can realize the functions of non-stop mainte-nance of local ventilators,reduction of manual operation,automatic generation of reports,automatic analy-sis of operating status and adjustment.The system promotes the efficiency and accuracy of the management and control of local ventilators,which has certain practical application value.
