Accuracy Simulation Evaluation Method and Application of Verticality Combined Measurement System in Coal Mine Shaft
The verticality combined measurement system of coal mine shaft generally includes refer-ence module,positioning and attitude determination module,distance and angle measurement module,etc.Evaluating the accuracy of this combined measurement system is a key issue in the process of equipment de-velopment and application.An accuracy evaluation method of wellbore verticality combined measurement system based on statistical analysis of simulation data is proposed.On this basis,the plane point accuracy of the measurement system under general working conditions is analyzed.Finally,the influence of the key pa-rameters of the measurement system on the system accuracy is studied.The results show that the accuracy of the measurement system can reach±3.6 mm.Its accuracy is mainly affected by the positioning of the mea-surement reference and the calibration of the equipment pose,and the length of the measurement reference line has little effect on the system accuracy.The research results provide theoretical and technical support for the optimization of coal mine verticality measurement method and equipment development.
