Application of Retaining Roadway Along Gob by Cutting Top and Relieving Pressure in Gently Inclined Medium-thick Coal Seam
Taking gob retaining roadway of 110606 transportation lane in Wenjiaba No.1 Mine as the engineering background, the design and application of the gob retaining roadway pre-splitting blasting for gob removing pressure and the reinforced support scheme in the roadway are carried out by means of empiri-cal formula calculation, numerical simulation, engineering practice and mine pressure monitoring.Through theoretical analysis,it is found that when the vertical height of the pre-split cutting top hole is 7.7 m and the hole depth is 8.0 m,the gob is filled by the caving gangue, and the detailed support scheme of reinforcing in the roadway and retaining the waste in the gob side is designed.FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to study the deformation of surrounding rock and the separation amount of roof rock. The results show that the roof cutting and reinforcement support scheme in the roadway is feasible. When comprehensive mine pres-sure monitoring is carried out during the tngineering application, the deformation of surrounding rock is at a low level, the surrounding rock of roadway is stable as a whole, and the carrying capacity of anchor cable is still relatively large, which can realize the long-term safety and stability of goaf roadway and achieve good effect of roadway retention.
