银星一井倾斜煤层梯形巷道支护优化设计与应用

摘要
为了优化设计银星一井110301工作面回风巷道掘进的过程中的巷道支护,针对回风巷道的特点和地质条件,运用理论计算和数值模拟的方法,分析锚杆排间距和支护预应力场,论证现有支护参数的合理性,优化顶板锚杆间排距为800 mm×800 mm,帮部锚杆间排距为800 mm×800 mm.研究结果表明,优化方案能形成更为良好的支护,提高了围岩的稳定性.现场应用表明,优化后顶底板最大位移和两帮的最大位移分别减小39.8%和53.8%,证实了优化方案的合理性.
Abstract
order to optimize the design of roadway support in the process of excavation of the return air roadway at the 110301 working face of Yinxing No.1 Well,based on the characteristics and geological condi-tions of the return air roadway,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation methods are used to analyze the bolt row spacing and support prestressing field,demonstrate the rationality of existing support parame-ters,and optimize the roof bolt row spacing to 800 mm×800 mm.The field application shows that the maxi-mum displacement of the top and bottom plate and the maximum displacement of the two sides are reduced by 39.8%and 53.8%respectively after optimization,which proves the rationality of the optimization scheme.
