Study on Optimization of Underground Blasting Process and Treatment Method of Hanging Roof in Heishan Iron Mine
Aiming at the problems such as poor roadway formation effect,high block yield and hang-ing roof in roadway excavation and medium-length hole blasting in Heishan Iron Mine,the optimization of underground blasting process and hanging roof treatment technology are studied.It is proposed that the origi-nal"triangle"cut is changed to"plum"cut,the number of cut holes is increased,the blasting network is im-proved,and the blasting process is optimized by using communication cable instead of pin line.On this ba-sis,the technical system of double drilling center cut hole draw-groove blasting,block processing based on blasting parameter optimization and downhole hanging roof blasting without filling holes are put forward.Through the field practice,the underground block and overhanging roof have been effectively controlled,the roadway has a good effect,the ore recovery rate has increased by two percentage points,and the overall income income has reached about 6 230,000 yuan,which can provide guidance and reference for the optimi-zation of mine blasting technology under similar conditions.
