为提升低品位菱镁矿的利用价值,针对辽宁某地区高硅高钙型低品位菱镁矿浮选效果差的问题,进行了反—正浮选工艺优化试验.试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm83%,反浮选水玻璃用量200 g/t,十二胺用量150 g/t;正浮选矿浆pH值为12,水玻璃用量1 000 g/t,六偏磷酸钠用量100 g/t,油酸钠用量1 000 g/t的条件下,采用1粗1精反浮选脱硅、1粗2精正浮选提镁闭路流程,可获得MgO含量46.49%、SiO2含量0.23%、CaO含量0.82%的菱镁矿精矿,达到了菱镁矿一级品标准,成功实现了低品位矿石的高效提纯.为该地区菱镁矿资源的可持续开发与利用提供了技术支撑和示范作用.
Beneficiation Process Test of a High-silicon,High-calcium and Low-grade Magnesite Ore in Liaoning Province
In order to improve the utilization value of low-grade magnesite,aiming at the problem of poor flotation effect of high-silicon and high-calcium low-grade magnesite in a certain area of Liaoning,the optimization test of reverse-positive flotation process is carried out.The results show that under the con-ditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 83%,reverse flotation sodium silicate dosage of 200 g/t,dodecyl-amine dosage of 150 g/t,positive flotation pulp pH value of 12,sodium silicate dosage of 1 000 g/t,sodium hexametaphosphate dosage of 100 g/t,sodium oleate dosage of 1 000 g/t,the closed-circuit process of one roughing one cleaning reverse flotation desilication and one roughing two cleaning positive flotation magne-sium extraction can obtain magnesite concentrate with MgO content of 46.49%,SiO2 content of 0.23%and CaO content of 0.82%,which meets the first grade standard of magnesite the high-efficiency purification of low-grade ore is successfully realized.It provides technical support and demonstration for the sustainable de-velopment and utilization of magnesite resources in this area.
