摘要
甘肃某镜铁矿随着不断开采,矿石性质变差,使用选厂原本工艺已无法得到铁品位合格的铁精矿.针对该矿开展选矿试验研究,结果表明,在煤气量为4 590 m3/h,煤气热值为4 000 kJ/m3,加热空气量为3 600 m3/h,还原带温度为510℃条件下进行焙烧,对焙烧产品进行1粗3精弱磁选,磁选精矿的铁品位为52.50%,回收率为85.07%.磁选精矿以YG-328B为阳离子捕收剂,淀粉为抑制剂,进行1粗1精4扫反浮选闭路试验,获得了浮选精矿铁品位57.96%、作业回收率91.29%,对原矿回收率77.66%的指标.试验结果不仅可以有助于选厂生产组织,也为国内其他类型矿山生产组织提供了参考.
Abstract
With the continuous mining of a specularite mine in Gansu Province,the ore properties be-come worse,and the iron concentrate with qualified iron grade can not be obtained by using the original pro-cess of the concentrator.The ore dressing test is carried out for the mine.The results show that the roasting is carried out under the conditions of gas volume of 3 400 m3/h,gas calorific value of 4 000 kJ/m3,heating air volume of 3 600 m3/h and reduction zone temperature of 510℃.The concentrate of the roasted product is subjected to one roughing and three cleaning low intensity magnetic separation.The iron grade of the magnet-ic separation concentrate is 52.50%and the recovery rate is 85.07%.The closed-circuit test of one rough-ing,one cleaning and four scavenging reverse flotation was carried out with YG-328B as cationic collector and starch as inhibitor.The flotation concentrate grade is 57.96%,the recovery rate is 91.29%,and the re-covery rate of raw ore is 77.66%.The test results can not only help the production organization of the concen-trator,but also provide reference for the production organization of other types of mines in China.
