为高效开发利用刚果(金)某硫化铜矿资源,针对选矿厂浮选回收率较低的问题,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了选矿工艺试验研究.试验结果表明:该硫化铜矿中的含铜矿物主要以黄铜矿为主,铜品位为2.03%,铜金属主要分布在-0.038 mm粒级;矿石在磨矿细度-74 μm70%、捕收剂丁基黄药用量60 g/t、2#油用量30 g/t的条件下,经1粗3精2扫闭路浮选工艺,可获得铜品位为26.20%、铜回收率为85.70%的铜精矿,该研究结果可为浮选方法回收该硫化铜矿石提供技术依据.
Beneficiation Process Test of a Copper Sulfide Ore in Congo(DRC)
In order to efficiently develop and utilize a copper sulfide ore resource in Congo(Kinsha-sa),aiming at the problem of low flotation recovery rate of the concentrator,based on the study of ore proper-ties,the beneficiation process test is carried out.The test results show that the copper-bearing minerals in the copper sulfide ore are mainly chalcopyrite,the copper grade is 2.03%,and the copper metal is mainly distributed in the-0.038 mm fraction.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of-74 μm 70%,collector butyl xanthate dosage of 60 g/t and 2#oil dosage of 30 g/t,copper concentrate with copper grade of 26.20%and copper recovery of 85.70%can be obtained by one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging closed-cir-cuit flotation process.The research results can provide technical basis for the recovery of copper sulfide ore by flotation method.
