摘要
为了高效开发利用西北某贫磁铁矿石资源,在详细的矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了选矿工艺试验.试验结果表明:原矿经常规破碎—干式磁选预选—预选精矿高压辊磨(-3 mm)—湿式磁选预选—预选精矿阶段湿式磨矿—阶段湿式磁选工艺,可获得产率13.95%、全铁品位65.58%、全铁回收率60.32%、磁性铁回收率96.35%的铁精矿,较好地实现了铁矿物的回收,可为开发利用该铁矿石资源提供技术参考依据.
Abstract
In order to efficiently develop and utilize a lean magnetite ore resource in Northwest China,based on the detailed study of ore properties,the beneficiation process test is carried out.The results show that the iron concentrate with yield of 13.95%,total iron grade of 65.58%,total iron recovery of 60.32%and magnetic iron recovery of 96.35%can be obtained by the process of conventional crushing-dry magnetic pre-concentration-preconcentrate high pressure roller mill(-3 mm)-wet magnetic preconcentration-stage wet grinding of preconcentrate-stage wet magnetic separation.The recovery of iron minerals is well realized,which can provide technical reference for the development and utilization of iron ore resources.
