摘要

某铜硫矿山为了提高硫精矿品质,满足销售要求,针对硫精矿硫品位低的问题,进行了浮选浓度、浮选矿浆pH值及井下酸性废水活化调浆等条件试验,以及3种不同提质流程的对比试验研究.试验结果表明:使用pH值为2.6左右的井下酸性水活化调浆,采用硫精矿阶段选别+精尾顺序返回的工艺流程,得到了硫品位 48.57%、铁品位 43.31%、硫回收率 68.78%的硫精矿 1,硫品位44.64%、铁品位43.01%、硫回收率22.68%的硫精矿2;2种硫精矿合并后可得到硫品位47.53%、铁品位43.23%、硫回收率91.46%的优质硫精矿,硫+铁品位大于90.00%,大幅降低了现场高碱硫精矿调浆药剂成本,同时解决了井下酸性废水环保排放问题,经济效益及环保效益显著.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of sulfur concentrate and meet the sales requirements in a copper-sulfur mine,aiming at the problem of low sulfur grade of sulfur concentrate,the flotation concen-tration,pH value of flotation slurry and activation and conditioning slurry of underground acidic wastewa-ter are tested,and the comparative test of three different upgrading processes is carried out.The test re-sults show that the underground acidic water with pH value of about 2.6 is used to activate the slurry,and the process flow of sulfur concentrate stage separation+concentrate tail return in order is adopted to obtain sulfur concentrate 1 with sulfur grade of 48.57%,iron grade of 43.31%and sulfur recovery rate of 68.78%,sulfur concentrate 2 with sulfur grade of 44.64%,iron grade of 43.01%and sulfur recovery rate of 22.68%.After the combination of the two kinds of sulfur concentrates,a high-quality sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 47.53%,iron grade of 43.23%and sulfur recovery rate of 91.46%can be obtained.The sulfur+iron grade is greater than 90.00%,which greatly reduces the cost of high-alkali sulfur concentrate slurry preparation agent on site.At the same time,it solves the discharge problem of environmental protection of underground acidic wastewater,and has remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
