某尾矿库老旧排洪系统封堵技术研究

传统的尾矿库老旧排洪系统封堵技术单一,缺乏适用性.以某尾矿库为例,为同时保证封堵的安全性和经济性,针对某老旧排洪系统的排洪涵洞、涵管,运用先疏后堵的原理,提出刚性封堵与柔性封堵相结合的联合封堵技术.先采用柔性封堵进行疏水,进而使用刚性封堵,最后进行注浆封堵.实践结果表明,联合封堵技术能够解决带水涵洞、涵管的封堵施工困难问题,保障尾矿库的安全运行;材料大多选用库内尾矿,取材方便,且封堵体长度远大于规范值,安全可靠.研究成果可为类似矿山尾矿库老旧排洪系统封堵提供重要的技术支撑.
Research on Plugging Technology of Old Drainage System of Tailings Pond
The plugging technology of traditional old pond drainage system pond is simple and lacks applicability.Taking a tailings pond as an example,in order to ensure the safety and economy of plugging at the same time,the combined plugging technology of rigid plugging and flexible plugging is proposed for the flood discharge culvert and culvert pipe of an old drainage system based on the principle of draining first and plugging later.Firstly,flexible sealing is used for drainage,then rigid sealing is used,and finally grouting is used for sealing.The practice results show that the combined plugging technology can solve the difficulties of plugging the culvert with water and the culvert pipe,and ensure the safe operation of the tailings pond.Most of the materials are selected from the tailings in the warehouse,which is convenient to draw materials.And the length of the sealing body is much larger than the standard value,which is safe and reliable.The re-search results can provide important technical support for the plugging of the old flood drainage system of similar mine tailings pond.
