Study on Optimization Technology of Complex Ventilation System in a Super-high Altitude Polymetallic Mine
There are many problems in high altitude mine ventilation,such as complex system,low ef-ficiency of ventilation equipment and poor ventilation effect.Based on theoretical analysis,field measure-ment and 3D simulation,the complex ventilation system of a super-high altitude polymetallic mine is opti-mized,and the mine air demand and air distribution are calculated according to the mining operation plan.In view of the problems found in the field measurement,such as insufficient total air volume,low efficiency of the main fan,unreasonable distribution of air volume in the middle section and poor underground working environment,an optimization and transformation scheme was proposed to optimize the operating conditions of the main fan,increase the deep return air project and strengthen the airtight.A 3D simulation model was established by Ventsim software for simulation and verification.The results show that the installed power of the ventilation system is 845 kW,the actual power consumption is 345.2 kW,the average efficiency of the fan is 70.8%,the total air volume is 137.3 m3/s,the air volume distribution is reasonable,and the ventilation effect the mining area is significantly improved.
