尾矿库安全问题一直是社会的重点关注领域,具有广泛的研究意义和实践价值.针对尾矿库安全监测问题,首先分析了尾矿库监测系统设计对于尾矿库安全的重要性,从尾矿库监测要素和布点2个环节介绍了科学、规范、合理地选取设计方法,同时基于ISM理论对监测系统进行了优化,并建立了相应的监测模型;最后按照尾矿库监测技术规范并结合全生命周期安全风险因素分析,对尾矿库监测点位布置进行了优化.总结出了一套合理的监测点布置流程,为尾矿库安全监测提供了可靠的理论支持,为确保尾矿库的安全运营提供了有力的手段.
Optimization Analysis of Monitoring Elements and Distribution Points in Tailings Dam
The safety of tailings pond has always been the focus of social attention,which has exten-sive research significance and practical value.In view of the tailings pond safety monitoring problem,the im-portance of tailings pond monitoring system design for tailings pond safety is first analyzed,and the scientif-ic,standardized and reasonable selection of design methods is introduced from two aspects of tailings pond monitoring elements and distribution points.Meanwhile,the monitoring system is optimized based on ISM theory,and the corresponding monitoring model is established.Finally,according to the technical specifica-tions of tailings pond monitoring and combined with the analysis of safety risk factors in the whole life cycle,the layout of tailings pond monitoring points is optimized.A set of reasonable layout process of monitoring points is summarized,which provides a reliable theoretical support for the safety monitoring of tailings pond,and provides a powerful means to ensure the safe operation of tailings pond.
