安徽省铜矿勘查开发利用现状及对策分析

摘要
为了解安徽省铜矿勘查开发利用现状及存在的问题,全面统计分析了安徽省铜矿查明资源储量,以及近年来铜矿石、铜精矿、精炼铜、铜材等产量数据.采用弹性系数法进行需求预测分析,得出安徽省2025年铜矿资源需求约为1.28亿t,2030年约为1.44亿t,并分析了安徽省铜矿勘查开发存在大中型矿产地偏少、共伴生矿产地较多,矿山结构仍不够合理,近2/3的矿山处于停产状态,保障程度严重不足等4个方面的问题,提出了加强铜矿资源勘查力度、加强铜矿资源基地建设、加强采选冶技术创新,以及实施"走出去"战略等相关对策建议.
Abstract
In order to understand the current situation and existing problems in the exploration,devel-opment and utilization of copper mines in Anhui Province,comprehensively calculates the identified re-source reserves of copper mines in Anhui Province and the production data of copper ore,copper concen-trate,refined copper and copper materials in recent years.The elastic coefficient method is adopted to fore-cast and analyze the demand,and it is concluded that the demand for copper resources in Anhui Province in 2025 is about 128 million tons,and in 2030 it is about 144 million tons.This paper analyzes the four prob-lems of copper exploration and development in Anhui province,such as fewer large and medium-sized min-eral areas,more associated mineral areas,unreasonable mine structure,nearly 2/3 of mines are in a state of production suspension,and the degree of guarantee is seriously insufficient.And some relevant countermea-sures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the exploration of copper resources,strength-ening the construction of copper resource base,strengthening the innovation of mining and smelting technol-ogy,and implementing the strategy of"going out".
