面向智慧矿山的无人机自动巡检系统研究

传统的人工巡检方式存在效率低、风险大等问题,无人机具有覆盖范围广、机动性强、成本低等特点,可大大提升矿山安全巡检效率.设计了一款基于无人机的自动巡检系统,由无人机系统、自动起降平台、远程监控中心等组成.试验表明,该系统能够高效率完成复杂环境下对矿山山体、地表、重要危险源等的巡检作业;对巡检现场进行精细化三维重建,并通过AI智能化生成预警报告,实现矿山安全自动巡查、识别、三维重建和快速预警,为防灾救灾提供可靠数据.
Study on UAV Automatic Inspection System for Smart Mines
The traditional manual inspection method has problems such as low efficiency and high risk.The UAV has the characteristics of wide coverage,strong mobility and low cost,which can greatly im-prove the efficiency of mine safety inspection.An automatic inspection system based on UAV is designed,which is composed of UAV system,automatic take-off and landing platform,remote monitoring center and so on.The test shows that the system can efficiently complete the inspection work of mine mountain,surface and important hazard sources in complex environment.The three-dimensional reconstruction of the inspec-tion site is refined,and the early warning report is generated intelligently through AI,so as to realize the au-tomatic inspection,identification,three-dimensional reconstruction and rapid early warning of mine safety,and provide reliable data for disaster prevention and relief.
