Practice of Intelligent Mine Construction in Zhongguan Iron Mine
In order to achieve intrinsic safety,improve the production efficiency of Mineenterprises,and respond to the call of intelligent manufacturing,the new generation of information and communication technology and the production process of Zhongguan Iron Mine are deeply integrated.Through the introduc-tion of large-scale automation equipment and intelligent system,intelligent mine construction is carried out according to the concept of'intrinsic safety,intelligent production line,centralized control and data guid-ance'.An intelligent management system for the whole process of underground mining,surface grinding and concentrate sales is established,which realized the goal of less human underground,surface automation,re-mote high-risk operation and intelligent safety monitoring in the production process.Practice shows that the application of intelligent production technology in Zhongguan Iron Mine not only significantly improves the labor efficiency of personnel,but also greatly guarantees the personal safety of employees.
