高瓦斯薄煤层主动加强支护切顶沿空留巷技术应用

以登茂通煤矿3106工作面辅助进风巷为背景,建立切顶留巷悬臂梁力学模型,分析加强支护切顶的力学原理;由此提出主动加强支护引导切顶沿空留巷技术,制定切顶留巷及巷帮注浆加固工艺.工业试验表明,主动切顶留巷顶底板和两帮移近量最大为600和430 mm,满足稳定性要求.沿空留巷内瓦斯抽采平均流量为3.16 m3/min,平均抽采浓度为2.05%,同时巷道内的瓦斯含量降低.该技术为解决高瓦斯薄煤层沿空留巷问题提供了参考.
Application of Active Strengthening Support Roof Cutting Gob-side Entry Retaining Technology in High Gas Thin Coal Seam
Based on the auxiliary air intake roadway of 3106 working face in Dengmaotong Coal Mine,the cantilever beam mechanical model of roof cutting and retaining roadway is established,and the mechani-cal principle of roof cutting with strengthened support is analyzed.Therefore,this paper puts forward the technology of actively strengthening support and guiding roof cutting and gob-side entry retaining,and for-mulates the technology of roof cutting and gob-side entry retaining and grouting reinforcement.The industri-al test shows that the maximum displacement of the roof and floor and the two sides of the active roof cutting and retaining roadway is 600 and 430 mm,which meets the stability requirements.The average flow rate of gas extraction in gob-side entry retaining is 3.16 m3/min,the average extraction concentration is 2.05%,and the gas content in the roadway is reduced.This technology provides a reference for solving the problem of gob-side entry retaining in high gas thin coal seam.
