摘要

矿山井下的水泵流量异常现象会影响排水系统的正常运行.为及时发现水泵的异常状况,提出一种用于识别水泵流量异常的方法及排水能力计算方法.使用聚类、差分等方法进行阶梯状流量状态的识别和排水能力计算;使用差分和分段斜率识别流量持续稳定下降状态;使用标准差判别流量大幅波动状态.现场人员可以根据本方法提供的信息及时调整排水系统,保证矿山井下排水系统的正常运行.该方法在某矿山井下水泵房进行了验证,达到了预期效果.另外,通过排水能力的计算,直观评估水泵状态,可为后续的维修或更换提供依据,对提高水泵的可维护性具有重要意义.

Abstract

The abnormal flow rate of water pumps in underground mines can affect the normal opera-tion of drainage systems.To timely detect abnormal conditions of water pumps,a method for identifying ab-normal flow rate of water pumps and a method for calculating drainage capacity are proposed.Clustering,dif-ferential and other methods are used to identify the stepped flow state and calculate drainage capacity.Differ-ential and segmented slopes are used to identify a continuous and stable decline in traffic.Use Standard devi-ation isused to distinguish large fluctuations in flow rate.On site personnel can adjust the drainage system in a timely manner based on the information provided by this method to ensure the normal operation of the un-derground drainage system in the mine.This method has been validated using data from a underground pump room in a certain mine and achieved the expected results.In addition,by calculating the drainage capacity,the condition of the water pump can be intuitively evaluated,which can provide a basis for subsequent main-tenance or replacement,and is of great significance for improving the maintainability of the water pump.
