Application Research on High Stage Large Diameter Deep Hole Mining in Deep Orebody of Anqing Copper Mine
Large diameter deep hole mining is an efficient mining method based on the development of drilling equipment,blasting technology,mechanized shovel loading and other technologies.Based on the analysis of the current situation of mining technology in Anqing Copper Mine,the process layout of high-stage large-diameter deep hole mining technology is expounded.On the basis of the original shallow stope VCR mining method,according to the requirements of large diameter deep hole mining technology,the hole network layout,blasting method and stope boundary controlled blasting are optimized,and the mining meth-od of VCR slot side sublevel caving is put forward.Through the application in the deep stope of the mine,the maximum daily ore output of the stope is more than 900 t,the bulk rate is controlled within 5%,and the filling body mixing rate is less than 8%.The practice of large diameter deep hole mining in Anqing Copper Mine has proved that this technology is an effective way to increase mining volume,expand mining scale,improve labor productivity and economic benefits,which provides a reference for the application of this meth-od in similar mines at home and abroad.
