Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Nano-SiO2 Modified Cement Paste Stone
The complex engineering geological environment and engineering geological disasters in the geotechnical field put forward higher requirements for the performance of grouting materials. The uniaxial compression tests of ordinary 425 cement stone body and stone body with nano-SiO2 slurry are carried out by using electro-hydraulic servo rock true triaxial testing machine. The test results show that the mechanical properties of the slurry stone body are significantly improved after the addition of nano-SiO2,and the effect is best when the nano-SiO2 content is 3%.Compared with ordinary cement slurry stone body, the uniaxial compressive strength of slurry stone body with 3%nano-SiO2 increases by 56.3%,and the elastic modulus increases by 29.2%.The test results can provide reference for grouting design and construction of engineer-ing projects in complex geological environment.
